Business Club Academy offers students passionate about business and entrepreneurship a free program designed to support them to develop their entrepreneurial skills and explore their leadership potential.
Business Club Academy is conducted under the aegis of Business Club, a community of the Association Volunteers for Ideas and Projects (VIP). The event differentiates itself in the business and entrepreneurship sphere in Romania by the innovative concept and the possibility to constantly adapt to dynamic market trends and student needs. The OTP Leasing Romania team enthusiastically joins this program, which supports the community of young entrepreneurs and managers!
The project, in its first edition, is the first free program in Romania to adopt the concept of shadowing in the entrepreneurial field. The idea started from observing a need in the market for practical courses in topical fields and the growing number of students with entrepreneurial aspirations.
BC Academy consists of 2 days of workshops, covering various topics inspired by the curriculums of Harvard Business School and London Business School, such as:
- Problem Solving
- Venture Capital
- Artificial Intelligence
- Digital Innovation
- Business Growth
- Digital Marketing
The workshops will be organized by trainers with expertise in the field, entrepreneurs and business leaders from Romania, who will discuss and work with the 20 participants study houses and practical projects in the above areas. Our colleague, Steliana Moraru, Marketing & Communication Manager, joins the trainers of the program and will support the digital marketing workshop for Startups.
On the 3rd day of the project, each participant will receive a challenge, and depending on the results obtained both during the days and in the final task, a winner will be designated. He will have the opportunity to work for 2 weeks with a successful entrepreneur from Romania, to make decisions with him and to learn from his experience.
