OTP Leasing was among the winners of the 18th edition of the e-Finance Awards Gala, organized by Finmedia and The Financial Market. The prize was awarded in the e-Innovation category, being awarded for the technological investments that our team has made in the last year.

At the conference that preceded the e-Finance Awards Gala, our team talked about digital transformation strategy, innovative projects or lessons learned from our clients, which we have translated into daily activities. One of the most impactful projects last year was the launch of the Eliza chatbot, which provides 24/7 support to users of the OTP Leasing website and my Leasing platform for our customers.
